Meet our Founder
With a career in commercial real estate spanning over 23 years, Jaimee Keene has a passion for helping businesses and investors realize their commercial real estate goals. She began her career as a commercial real estate appraiser in the mountain markets of Summit and Eagle Counties, two of the top resort markets in Colorado and home to the well-known Breckenridge and Vail resorts. She quickly expanded her commercial real estate skills in the areas of capital markets, valuation of multi-state portfolios, expert witness testimony, and eventually managed multiple markets for a national real estate advisory firm focused in the valuation of commercial real estate assets and portfolios. Her experience includes a variety of real estate property types, including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use development, and vacant land. In 2018 she leveraged her commercial real estate background and obtained her Colorado real estate license. By 2020, she was named the top producer for the Denver office of Avison Young, an international commercial real estate firm.
